The School Recharge PLUG Program-
A practical, sustainable way to energize teachers and the whole school community, without adding more to already overloaded plates.
The School Recharge PLUG Program is a research-informed, professional learning experience designed to help schools reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and create sustainable cultures where educators can thrive.
This isn’t another inspirational talk or one time training. It’s a clear, actionable system schools can plug into their own professional learning plan to support both individual educators and the collective culture.

How does the School Recharge PLUG Program Work?
Schools choose a facilitation team of 2-4 teacher leaders to facilitate the learning. This encourages buy-in and ownership, AND it makes change sustainable.
The facilitation team is supported by a coach (an expert resilience trainer) who assists with the implementation throughout the process.
The facilitation team leads the school community through the seven research-informed modules (including brief videos, discussion guides, and simple practices).
As a result, The school community develops a common language and set of shared practices for managing stress and challenges.
